Description
The fundamental objective of the GUE Documentation Diver course is to document the underwater environment and make the public aware of its beauty, variety, uniqueness and the need to protect it, introducing the diver to documentation techniques, project organization and logistics.
In this course you will obtain basic training in photography and video, as well as the use of related equipment, specific skills during documentation diving, establishing objectives and work plans, task management, report creation, mapping, survey and creation of press releases.
Requirements:
– Minimum age of 16 years
– Be physically and mentally fit
– Not being a smoker
– Medical authorization in case of taking prescribed medications
– Have passed the GUE Recreational Diver Level 1 course or the GUE Fundamentals course.
– Minimum of 75 basic level logged dives.
– Minimum of 25 dives after GUE certification.
Training:
– Minimum of 6 dives
– Minimum of 32 hours of instruction.
